Quality management
elitra has an ambitious quality policy against which we measure ourselves and our suppliers on a daily basis.
Every employee has a duty to support quality assurance measures in their area of responsibility and to carry out the guidelines and instructions issued. All work in the various specialist areas is carried out by trained and qualified employees. Product quality is achieved by planning all necessary measures before and during order fulfilment and by systematically monitoring all processes during product creation. Importance is placed on preventive measures in order to avoid errors. The quality department is tasked with maintaining and monitoring the defined quality policy. The effectiveness of the quality management system is assessed by means of continuous reporting. To ensure our high quality standards are met, suppliers are also regularly checked for compliance with these guidelines.
